39. A toolset for pre-identification and selection of projects publ. Investitsionny expert: Informational and methodological publication, 1997, May, issue 21 37
The described is a methodology of pre-identification and selection of projects that uses a systems analysis approach. The target of the methodology is identification of "project situations", that is sets of such problems that can be solved within a single project and whose solution contributes into softening many other problems of higher importance. Ranking project consistency and eduction of the opportunities to improve the project is performed by means of objective, alternatives and concern analysis.
Access: on-line, PDF document (in Russian). This is a draft version. The final version is available at libraries only.
40. Accounting of environmental risks of investment projects publ. Ekonomika sel'skogo khoziaistva Rossii, 1997, vol.9, p.29 4
A simple approach of valuing environmental risks is described that allows maximal possible consideration of different sources of information about probable environmental risks and costs of riddance of them. The statistic technique is based on the results of (16).

42. A concept of project pre-identification and selection and compiling investment programmes in AIC abst. Modelling macro-economic processes aimed at the decision making in Agro-Industrial Complex (collection of abstracts). Moscow, 1996. 5
A brief description of the concept that is wholly presented in (39). It is stressed that synergism of projects included in the same programme should be at the centre of the analyst's interest.

50. Identification and selection of efficient investment projects for AIC publ. APK: ekonomika, upravlenie, 1998, vol. 3, p.36-43 15 A.M. Gataulin
The suggestions on the improvement of the methodology described in (39) by means of human-computer systems, global computer networks and expert systems.
Access: on-line, PDF document (in Russian). The complete manuscript (the published version was shrinked).
63. Composing investment programmes in AIC publ. Mathematical methods in AIC management: proceedings of the symposium. Moscow, 1999, p.12-20. 8 A.M. Gataulin
Brief presentation of the approach described in (39). The results of other authors are specified that can contribute to the proposed human-computer system for composing investment programmes.
Access: on-line, PDF document (in Russian).
75. Application of the problems analysis method to composition of regional stabilization and development programmes for AIC abst. Scientific base for elaboration and implementation of regional stabilization and development programmes for AIC, systems of agroindustrial production and RF food security. Novisibirsk, 1998. - p. 124-125. 3
Probably the title is more informative than the abstract itself :-). Some problem sets are specified on that not very expensive but efficient regional imvestment programmes can be based.

96. Optimisation of objectives system of investment programmes in AIC publ. Nikonov lectures - 2001: Sustainable development of rural area: concepts and techniques. Moscow, "Encyclopedia of Russan villages", 2001, p.105-107 6
The paper suggests a simple formalism to be used for optimal identification of a "project situation" at the stage of project pre-identification, for optimisation of project goals set at the stage of project identification and for optimal resource sharing at the stage of technical preparation.
Access: on-line, PDF document (in Russian). A similar paper  in imperfect English is here.
99. A dynamic model of objectives system of an investment programme in AIC publ. Proceedings of the youth scientists conference (June, 2001): Issue 7. Moscow, MTAA Publishing House, 2001, p.127-132 7 G.N. Svetlova
The paper continues the study presented in (96). It is suggested to apply a linear dynamic model as a base of objectives system representation instead of the static model, which was applied in earlier studies.

103. Substantiation of investment programmes by means of integer programming abst. Proceedings of the youth scientists conference June 5-6, 2001. Moscow, MTAA Publishing House, 2001, p.146-147. 2 G.N. Svetlova
An abstract of the presentation, which is devoted to the same problem as (99).
Access: libraries only. UDK 63.001.573:631.111.
249. Co-ordination of investment plan of an organization with a sectoral anti-crisis program publ. Ekonomika sel'skokhoziaistvennykh i pererabatyvaiushchikh predpriiatii, 2011, №12, p.31-34. 11 A.V. Babkina
Using two dairy corporate farms located in the Vyazma rayon of the Smolensk oblast, we evaluate the outcome of operations research methodology applied to co-ordination of investment plan of a farm with the agricutlutal anti-crisis program adopted by the oblast authorities. It is shown that the applied methodology avoids losses that are almost as large as the total amount of state budget inflows into the farm in the framework of the anti-crisis program.

Improving investment attractiveness of agro-industrial sphere of business by means of state support publ.  Nikonov lectures-2014: Proceedings of XIX international scientific and practical conference: Theoretical and methodological problems of measuring, forecasting and management of food security. September 25-26, 2014. Moscow, 2014. P.257-259. 6 A.S. Arkhipova
A brief representation of the approach extensively presented in (265).

Optimal identification and composition of investment projects in agriculture (1999, pretends to be in English).
The paper suggests a simple formalism to be used for optimal identification of a "project situation" at the stage of project pre-identification, for optimisation of project goals set at the stage of project identification and for optimal resource sharing at the stage of technical preparation. A poster based on this paper was presented at the IAAE conference (Berlin, 2000).
